What sizes do you carry?

We proudly offer inclusive sizing from S–3XL. Many of our tops—including Sterling Kreek—run true to size with generous stretch. If a particular style fits differently, we’ll note it in the product description.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other commonly used checkout methods. Some customers may qualify for installment options such as Shop Pay Installments.

Do you have a return or refund policy?

All purchases are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully and reach out with any sizing questions before placing an order.

No Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Our system begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping.

Damaged Items or Fulfillment Errors

While we do not accept returns for sizing or preference, we do take responsibility for any mistakes on our end.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged, not due to faulty shipping and handling
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Rodeo Rust LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

We recommend:

  • Filing a claim with the carrier
  • Checking with neighbors or parcel lockers
  • Allowing 24–48 hours for possible delayed delivery scans

We will assist where we can, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for carrier errors.

Color, Fit, and Variation Disclaimer

Due to the nature of online shopping and small-batch boutique apparel:

  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen
  • Prints and patterns may vary between items
  • Sizing may differ by brand (we include fit notes when applicable)

These variations do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When will I get my order?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During launches, restocks, or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order heads out.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

My package shows delivered, but I can’t find it.

Please check with neighbors, your mailbox/parcel locker, and around your property. Carriers may mark items delivered up to 24 hours early. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Do you offer local pick-up?

If you are local, we may offer local pick‑up during select times or events. If available, it will show at checkout.
Sorry, we do not offer delivery.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Do you restock sold‑out items?

Some pieces are limited small‑batch and will not return once they sell out. Popular core items may be restocked. If you want to catch restocks early, follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our text alerts.
